I’m currently reading a book, called Eat That Frog! by Brian Tracy. It’s a book I’ve been meaning to read for a while because I’ve heard a lot about it, and it’s a topic I’m really interested in — personal productivity and achievement. Currently, I’m about 1/3 of the way through.
I wanted to do a graphics series on some of the most salient points so far, not only because it’ll help me remember the information and share it with all of you, but also because I get asked quite often how I manage my projects, work toward my goals and generally stay productive. And while I’ve struggled in the past to put this subconscious process of mine into words, I found that this book pretty aptly describes the path I follow - plus a few other tips that I’ve found helpful for myself, when I do find myself procrastinating or being inactive. So, I hope you enjoy and can try out this process for yourself if you’re struggling with procrastination! and I’ll be doing more of these in the future, whether for this book or other books I’m reading :-)
Note: all writing from the graphics is taken verbatim from the book!
